Wings from One of Chicago's Top Five

Great Seas Restaurant is an institution that serves (Koreanized) Chinese cuisine.  They are best known for three dishes: jjajangmyun (black bean noodles), jjangbong (spicy seafood noodle soup), and gganpoongi (hot and spicy wings).  Their wings are probably in the top five for Chicago.
Today, right before the monsoon-like weather, my pal Giada and I went to enjoy some wings and jjangbong. It was the first time she tried their spicy noodle soup, which she liked, just as she had enjoyed the wings and jjajangmyun in the past.  And of course, the wings with a sweet and slightly spicy glaze did not disappoint.
If Lawrence is too far north, the owners' daughter opened up Take Me Out Hotties on 18th Street, which sells a close version of the wings, along with buffalo, boneless, shrimp, and tofu "hotties."
