A Very Ducky Lunch in Chinatown

I love duck.  My friend treated me to a fabulous lunch of Peking Duck at Emperor's Choice on Wentworth in Chinatown.  It was the first time having duck prepared this way.  You put some duck in a thin flour tortilla or thick sticky bun; add some special sauce, scallions, and cilantro; and then wrap it up and eat it!  It was so good.  We also had this platter of a mushroom medley with baby bok choy.  Later the duck bones were boiled into a broth with watercress, tofu, and ginger.  For dessert (!) we had a typical Hong Kong cold mango porridge with mini tapioca pearls and grapefruit pulp.  Wow!  I didn't celebrate the harvest festival holiday this past September 19, so this felt like a true Thanksgiving feast.  (On the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar, the Chinese celebrate the Mid-Autumn or Moon Festival.  In Korea, this same day is called Chuseok, which is considered their Thanksgiving holiday.)
